All products and services offered by RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO are subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which are regulated by Pakistani law in the case of a dispute.
RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO completes all work on the premise that the client has accepted our terms and conditions.
All design work, including words, images, ideas, graphics, and illustrations, is protected by the copyright of RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO until it is expressly released in writing and after all fees have been paid.
If several designs are offered and one is selected for your project, only that solution is regarded as our fulfilment of the contract. Unless otherwise specified in writing, any other designs are still the property of RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO.
Project Approval
RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO will email a written estimate or quotation to the client at the time of the proposal. On the RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO website, you can read these terms and conditions at any time.
The customer must sign and date a copy of the written estimate or quotation to indicate acceptance, and this copy must be sent back to RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO.
As an alternative, the client may reply to the estimate or proposal with a formal purchase order, which obligates the client to accept our terms and conditions, or with an email confirming acceptance of the quotation.
For the avoidance of dispute, the job is governed by the RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO Terms & Conditions, not any restrictions on the customer's purchase order.
Design Fees
The price for the design services that RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO will offer will be detailed in the written estimate or quotation that is given to the client. A non-refundable payment of half the stated amount will be expected right away upon the customer's signature acknowledging their acceptance of the terms and conditions by accepting this estimate or quotation.
Unless otherwise agreed upon with the Client, the advance payment for all design services shall be at least fifty percent (50%) of the total project quotation amount prior to the commencement of the work or the provision of the work to the Client for review. Prior to uploading the work to the server or releasing the materials, the final fifty percent (50%) of the project quotation sum is payable.
Data Files
For printing, we will provide PDF files, tiff files, or any other flat graphic assets as specified in the task scope or request.
Payment
An invoice and an approval form will be sent to the purchaser before the final publication. The remaining balance will then be payable, and the client will also need to sign the approval form and send it back, or they can email RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO to indicate their approval.
Within 14 days of the invoice date, any questions regarding the invoice must be sent via email.
Online transfers can be used to make payments.
RAMEEZ RAJA STUDIO is not authorised to publish or otherwise make accessible any work produced on the client's behalf prior to the receipt of cleared money.
